AI Services & Sub-Processors

1. Overview
Intuendi uses selected third-party service providers to support the delivery, security, hosting and operation of its Services.
Certain AI-related providers may be used exclusively to enable natural language processing (“NLP”) and Large Language Model (“LLM”) functionalities integrated into the platform.
This page describes the principles governing such processing activities and provides transparency regarding authorized sub-processors used by Intuendi.
2. AI Processing Principles
Intuendi applies the following principles to AI-related processing activities:
– Customer Data remains stored within Intuendi-managed or Intuendi-authorized infrastructure environments;
– AI/LLM providers are used exclusively for temporary inference and text-processing functionalities;
– AI providers do not act as primary hosting or database providers for Customer Data;
– Intuendi applies reasonable data minimization measures before transmitting information to AI services;
– Customer Data is not intentionally used for training or improving foundation models unless expressly authorized by the Customer;
– Where supported by the provider, Intuendi enables configurations designed to disable prompt retention and AI model training;
– AI providers operate as authorized sub-processors under applicable data protection laws.

Sub-processors may change from time to time as Intuendi updates or improves its infrastructure and services.
4. International Data Transfers
Where Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Intuendi implements appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including where applicable the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”).
